Hmmm, now I can understand Bush getting a typo on his original war intelligence. Whoops, we're sorry, we meant Iran this whole time, not Iraq.
Then again, from this picture (via boingboing), I think it is pretty clear that the IED technology is en route from Finland, not Iran.
