cookie crumbs in their coffers

I bumped in to the Wheats just as I escaped the revolving doors of death at MPR. He was wearing his longshore cap and looking all thug-like. British football thug-like? Well, maybe not. He was like "Wazzzzzup!" And there was some secret hand shake-age, and I was like "Are you here for your DJ shiznit?" And there was some dap-age.
We had what could only be described as a cookie buffet today. A mini-cookie buffet. There were like 10 varieties of tiny novelty cookies. Everything from authentic mini Oreo® (a registered trademark of Kraft Foods, Inc.) brand cookies to mini Nutter Butter® cookies to mini Nilla® wafers to mini Chips Ahoy!® cookies. I guess they were all Nabisco / Kraft. Some sort of kick back? Some sort of delicious kick back?

Nothing really, but I found the phrase "delicious kick back" to be high comedy. Couldn't tell you why.
