now doesn't it make you feel better?

So, I officially filled my piggy bank (pink ceramic piggy bank, as per specific request, gifted for my birfday by Libbey) today. It took over a year though because I didn't put any quarters in it (or so I thought...). I wanted a ceramic pig so I could smash it, as I'd never had the pleasure. So, seeing as I thought there was no need to move a heavy pink pig from this aparment into my new one, and seeing as I'm moving soon (they're letting me move in early), and seeing as it was full, I smashed it. I hit it on the head with a big hammer, and then it took another hit to the body to finish it off.
Then I took bets on how much money it had in it, and headed to the bank. If any registered users can guess the exact dollars and cents, you can win the whole amount. You get one guess. Don't register a new user, I'll know. Roommates excluded. Offer may expire at any time. Batteries not included. Do not leave in direct sunlight. Void where prohibited.
I made the bank girl make copies of the receipts so that the betters would believe me. Nobody got it right. Now it's your turn.
After the bank I got some groceries. There was a girl in a cK shirt who was singing and dancing... well, kind of pumping her one arm with an inward flex while bending at the knee... to the feta cheese. Cute.
Lots more geekery at work. I've awesomed my prompt even more, updated my hop program to be a proper shell script instead of a PHP shell script, and now it can even hop to specific websites. Highly useful. It turns out the `.' operator was the key, and of course, aliasing. Aliases are highly useful. I re-aliased `ls' from `ls --color=term' (or something) to `ls -F' to suite my uses – and my color scheme – much better. I added some ANSI escape sequences to my prompt for color. Visual cues are nice. Oh, and I finally solved the mystery of vim syntax highlighting customisation. You have to make .vim/syntax/ and .vim/color/ and .vimrc, and find a template php.vim and somecolorscheme.vim to put into the two directories. Only the OCD would write from scratch. Trust me.

I was bitchin' for days to pam over IM about those fucking rats. But once you beat them you can go on benders in that bar. Hardcore benders. Need any equipment? I got lots of extra shite.
I thought you were maybe "danman" in our clan. But then again, that didn't sound anything like a name you'd pick.
indifferenceMan on the other hand...
p.s. you're all too low.

If that's more than $74.33 then that is a very deceptive photo.

Ok, it's less than $74.33...

the rats went way easier once i threw some ketchup on that blade you gave me and got to swingin. I had some stupid crappy thing before that, way crappier than a dripping meat sword anyway. Where did you find the ass-hat? Nah though, i'm pretty well set now, I'm outta meat but thats just cause I bought me a hammer.
40 turns is too few, I'm thinking a solid 60 would be more appropriate-

you can earn more turns... xz built a maid for camp that gives away turns... not to mention eating/drinking gives you more turns.
have you joined our clan? you get lots of meat and knowledge for free if yer in a clan. 500 meat to be exact... a day.
ketchup on the blade?! GENIUS!

I went to the zoo today. There weren't any coatis, but Alison (cruella de ville) did flirt with a monkey. At the end of the tropics area, we walked through a curtain of bamboos, and I announced, "we're being bamboozled!" Sarah pointed and laughed.

I was pretty fucking close. $1.58 off, that's close enough to win it all, right?
